Obšírny plán činnosti na rok 2013 predniesol predseda DHZ Martin Piškula.
Predseda DHZ Pobedim taktiež informoval členov o požiarovosti v okresoch Nové Mesto nad Váhom a v okrese Piešťany. Prispel taktiež aj úsmevnou informáciou o kurióznych zásahoch iných hasičských zborov na Slovensku.
V diskusii ako prvý vystúpil generálny sekretár DPO SR Vendelín Horváth, ktorý veľmi pochválil činnosť hasičského zboru a starostke Mgr. Eve Směřičkovej odovzdal ocenenie od DPO SR. Činnosť DHZ Pobedim taktiež ocenil aj pridelený delegát Mgr. Marián Kriško. Ďalej v diskusii vystúpil predseda OV DPO Nové Mesto nad Váhom Bc. Jozef Smolinský, ten povzbudil členov v ďalšej zásahovej činnosti a v práci s mládežou. Po ňom veliteľ OV DPO Nové Mesto nad Váhom Ivan Krúpa oboznámil členov o súťažiach naplánovaných v roku 2013 a o výsledku skúšok Hasič III. a II. stupňa v Starej Turej.
Po príhovore veliteľa OV DPO Nové Mesto nad Váhom predniesla príhovor starostka obce Pobedim Mgr. Eva Směřičková. Krajský operátor pre Obecné hasičské zbory p. Lukáša Betáka informoval členov o SMS systéme, ktorý sa používa pre Obecný hasičský zbor na zvolávanie k zásahu a k iným udalostiam.
Po diskusných príspevkoch bolo hlasovaním schválené uznesenie z VČS, čím sa VČS oficiálne ukončila. Na záver Ing. Matej Palkovič poďakoval za účasť prítomným hosťom a členom DHZ Pobedim.

Výročná členská schôdza Dobrovoľného hasičského zboru Pobedim

Dňa 17.3.2013 sa konala výročná členská schôdza /VČS/ Dobrovoľného hasičského zboru Pobedim v budove hasičskej zbrojnice Pobedim. Cieľom VČS bolo zhodnotiť prácu v DHZ za rok 2012.
VČS zahájil Ing. Matej Palkovič privítaním hostí: generálneho sekretára Dobrovoľnej požiarnej ochrany Slovenskej republiky /DPO SR/ Vendelína Horvátha, predsedu Okresného výboru dobrovoľnej požiarnej ochrany za okres Nové Mesto nad Váhom /OV DPO Nové Mesto nad Váhom / Bc. Jozefa Smolinského, veliteľa OV DPO Nové Mesto nad Váhom Ivana Krúpu, starostku obce Pobedim Mgr. Evu Směřičkovú a Krajského operátora zvolávacieho systému Obecných hasičských zborov Lukáša Betáka.
Predseda DHZ Pobedim Martin Piškula predniesol správu o činnosti v DHZ za rok 2012, kde spomenul celoročnú činnosť zboru, akcie, súťaže, výjazdy zboru a v neposlednom rade aj úspech našich mladých hasičov, ktorým je 2. miesto na medzinárodnej hasičskej súťaži konanej v Českej republike v obci Toužim. Správu o hospodárení, s pozitívnym hodnotením, predniesol pokladník zboru Ing. Ladislav Melicher.
